Shipping policy

Overview

Ocean Rafts is dedicated to ensuring the safest and fastest deliveries for all of our products. We will always attempt to ensure tracking is provided with our deliveries in association with our third party delivery associates. With this in mind, not all products have the same shipping locations, destinations and delivery company. Due to this, individual products may vary on shipping time and rate. It is recommended to read the products description for the estimated delivery time.

Import Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charges when they arrive in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

All orders are shipped and processed to their respective warehouse within one buisness day. Once dispatched you will recieve an email that (depending on the product) will have a tracking number. Follow the instructions on our email to track the shipping.
